2019, the year gone by, was a great year in the Rixyncs journey. We have had our share of challenges, no doubt. But the opportunities and successes were much greater. We would love to share some of our major moments from the year gone by with you all.

BUSINESS GROWTH AND CONSOLIDATION

In 2019, we saw a healthy double digit growth in our revenue. We also welcomed several new clients into the Rixyncs family. Our customers are SMEs ranging across different business domains such as construction, sanitary ware, home appliances and transportation.

Rixyncs became the Global Premium Partner for Vtiger. We have now appointed resellers in Australia, USA, Malaysia, Dubai and are looking at appointing partners in Europe in 2020.

The penetration of CRM solutions into small and medium enterprises is revolutionizing the domestic market in India. We are glad to play an active part in this enabling process.

NEW OFFICE SPACE

With renewed vigour and ambitious expansion plans, Rixyncs moved into a swanky new office space in Bangalore city. We are now located in the ITI township at Dooravani Nagar. We now have a much larger, vibrant workspace. We hope our employees and clients will love it!

RENEWED ONLINE PRESENCE
In 2019, Rixyncs took a step towards increasing the company’s online presence with some important web-site upgrades. We have also begun a sustained social media outreach to keep in constant touch with our partners and clients. One of the digital initiatives is this blog that you are reading !

Through our email and social media campaigns, we hope to keep all our stakeholders informed about our progress and key events. The goal is to build a sustained communication channel and seek valuable feedback.

BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT 2019

The annual Bengaluru Tech Summit is a prestigious annual event in the IT landscape of India. Rixyncs had a stall at the event held between Nov 18-20, 2019. It was a great privilege to have Madam Kiran Mazumdar Shaw inaugurate our booth. We were honored with Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka and 

On the business side, we had a good showing at the summit, with dozens of new leads from SMEs and leading corporations. And a great many visitors showing interest in our CRM services portfolio. Minister for Higher Education, Medical Education, IT & BT, Science and Technology, Government of Karnataka visiting our booth. Ms Kokila from NSIC was another important visitor.

MSME INTERNATIONAL EXPO & SUMMIT

The Bangalore edition of the acclaimed MSME International Expo was held at Bangalore Industrial EXPO 2019 (An Industrial Engineering and Technology Expo) between 20th and 22nd December 2019. Venue – MSME- DI, Rajajinagar 

Bangalore , Karnataka , INDIA. The event was a one stop shop for all SME products and solutions.

Rixyncs had a setup a booth to showcase various CRM solutions. There was great enthusiasm among visiting dignitaries for our solutions on offer.

GLOBAL EXHIBITION ON SERVICES (GEC)

The ministry of Commerce, Government of India, in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) organized the Global Exhibition on Services at Palace Grounds, Bangalore between November 26 and 28, 2019.  

The event was meant to showcase the services industry which is one of India’s great strengths. Rixyncs had a setup a booth to showcase various CRM custom services and solutions.

Many international and domestic delegates visited our booth and showed interest to become our partners globally. MD of Prestige Builders – Mr Irfan Razzak and Co-Founder of Infosys – Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan were among the visiting VIP delegates.

CRM BUSINESS GLOBAL HIGHLIGHTS 2019

Some of the salient milestones that helped us shape and grow Rixyncs into a leading CRM solutions vendor were listed above. There were also some salient global events that shaped the CRM industry in 2019. These in turn indirectly impact our business and are hence noteworthy.

• CRM solutions are becoming more user-friendly especially for small enterprise users with limited computer expertise.
•     Vtiger 7.2 version was released and became a worldwide success. Version 8 is eagerly awaited in mid-2020.
• Salesforce acquired Tableau, a data visualization company in August 2019 for USD 15 Billion. This was supposedly one the highest value acquisitions in the CRM industry.
•  Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions have started making their head way into CRM products making a great deal of difference to the overall customer experience. AI helps in personalising the CRM solutions for ever user, depending on their transaction history, expertise levels, geographical location, language and so on.
