How to handle a troublesome customer
Here you can do a little read up on this blog on how you can adapt to the behavioral patter of your troublesome customer Is your behavior style affecting your relationships?
Next Input:
Often there is a challenge when the expectation are not set clearly. There is implicit and explicit expectations by customers. Implicit is something the customer assumes you will understand. Explicit is what he or she says is verbally or in writing. Very often the challenge comes in implicit expectations. Hence it is apt to convert an implicit expectations explicit and put that in writing. Implicit expectation in my research is seen as the top most reasons for relationship breakups.
One eg., of an Implicit expectation: When you go to a bank and the cash counter, your implicit expectation will be to get new notes. But when the cashier gives you old foiled notes you get annoyed. Hence if you convert the implicit expectation by telling the cashier to give you new notes, you are converting the implicit into explicit expectation.
