How to make your customer Like you?

- Wear a Smile in your face.
- Remember that a person’s name to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
- Be a good listener. Encourage customers to talk about themselves.
- Talk in terms of your customers interests.
- Make your customer feel important – and do it sincerely.
